Camp Camp...

Leadership Training Camp..
Wow... Time really flies..
I had attended a camp which was held by my sch ^^

This camp was basically participated by all the Pengerusi or wakil from Clubs and Persatuan and of coz Games and badan beruniform...

So.. all leaders were gathered together and havin fun ^^
Well, it's nt as nice as juz hvin fun...
we're havin our trainin as well as u all knw.. haha...

First of all.. the first day we went there..
we played the ice-breaker la..
U know what??
we had to intro urself using an adjective which starts with the same alphabet as our name..
ha ha.. so i intro myself as Funny Flora... :P
not La-me Flo.. zzz...
quite fun la.. coz we had to do actions at the same time..
Then we builded raft by ourselves using only those materials that were provided..
It's not really sufficient in that way la..
Erm.. erm.. smth nt really nice happened.. that was it rained..
so we couldn't try it lo...
But they're so SMART har...
They shook our raft... T.T..
and only one raft survived in the end...
the rest dunno like what la.. ha ha!!

At night...
I cnt really rmbr what had we done..
but i rmbr very well that we had our quiet time together..
i mean all Christians.. ^^

Ya.. all of a sudden i rmbr what we had done on the first night..
Miss Boey was givin us a talk abt leadership..
Meanwhile.. she talked a little bit abt relationship...
oh.. i wished so much that she din mention abt it..
I really felt like crying..
dunno la.. i think God was tryin to tell me nvr go beyond the boundary..
must always rmbr no one can replace God la..
and true la.. dun expect others to think like how u think..
bcoz no one knows how exactly u think besides God..

Ok.. the second day..
well.. we went up to broga hill..
it's nt really an easy job..
but we did it.. Yeah!! Girls boleh~!
hahahaha....

then we really had a tiring day la..
coz we continue with obstacle course, low rope course...

this is the first time i was doin both of these activities..
i injured my hand..
but thk God.. i'm still fine with it..

ho ho..
Guess what we did on the second night, ppl..
i guess none of u can guess it correctly..
we had fun time colouring.. zzz... ~LOL~
[come on.. laugh a bit.. HA HA... hahahahahahaha...]

hmmm.. we also massaged for our partner..
all girls la.. haha...
then aft hvin our quiet time..
went to bed lu...

yaya.. i rmbr smth..
i couldn't sleep well on the first night..
coz i think some of them really nt really thoughtful..
kept on talking.. i think if we wanna talk at such time..
we really should go out of the room lo..
why they dun und one??

haha.. come to the third day..
wow.. Pn Rosma taught us some steps la..
like aerobic steps la..
then zadao.. Pn Rosma said i danced till very nice..
well.. then the thing is when we were hvin breakfast..
she asked me to join her club.. zzz.. er.. i wish to.. but i dun hv more than 24 hours a day..

besides, we did our flyin fox and rock climbing on the last day ^^
My Dear! The stairs for flying fox is so awful!! like u're gonna fall from the stairs..
BUT.. it was FUN!!!!

ok.. now i'm gonna talk abt what we had learn..
well.. basically.. we all learnt how to b a better leader..
a good leader not juz only needs to hv skills and experiences..
but the most important criterion is havin a heart!!
A leader can b hvin good leardership skills yet has no heart for ppl..
so the most imp thing is HEART ppl!!!

And i learnt much from Mei Yen..
I really see potential in her..
she is willing to serve at ALL TIME..
who can beat that??

a LEADER should be the one who is always:
- learning
- serving
- caring
- be able to give instruction clearly
- having the passion to influence others
- be proactive
- be alert
- be thinking thinking and thinking
- be humble
- having a heart for ppl!!!
- God-fearing

So gained smth from this camp la.. ^^
Thank God for everything... the camp juz came at the right time to heal me..
